Waqas Rashid leads the business development and global commercial relations for Best China Sourcing Agency. With a career rooted in international B2B commerce and supply chain management, Waqas specializes in decoding the operational challenges faced by overseas companies importing from China.
Prior to joining our executive team in Shenzhen, Waqas advised prominent eCommerce aggregators and retail distributors on sourcing restructuring, helping businesses migrate away from high-fee domestic brokers and connect directly with Tier-1 Chinese manufacturers.
At Best China Sourcing Agency, Waqas is the first strategic point of contact for new clients. He conducts deep product line evaluations, establishes realistic unit cost targets, and designs bespoke procurement agreements that protect our clients' bottom-line profitability.
